Our fulfillment centers hold physical stock across a large catalog of SKUs, so the unit you see online is typically sitting on a rack ready for a forklift rather than drop-shipped from a third party. We built our fulfillment infrastructure and team specifically to handle heavy, palletized goods.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been reviewed. Processing and fulfillment times may vary depending on warehouse workload, product availability, and seasonal demand. During peak periods, order processing may take up to 72 business hours before shipment.

Freight carriers calculate rates based on pallet weight, dimensions, and delivery zone — which can become significant for large condensers and multi-zone systems. Carriers still distinguish delivery logistics by site access, which affects scheduling more than it affects your bottom line on qualifying orders:

• Commercial Delivery: A loading dock or forklift on site lets the carrier unload quickly with no special handling.
• Residential Delivery: Without a dock, the carrier schedules a specific delivery appointment window.
• Liftgate Delivery: Needed if you don't have a forklift — the driver lowers the pallet to street level with a hydraulic tail lift.

How the Tiers Work

Our bulk discount is based on your cart subtotal, and it runs on two separate tracks depending on brand:

The discount is applied automatically at checkout as your cart subtotal crosses each threshold — a live progress bar in the cart shows exactly how much more you need to add to reach the next tier. You can mix and match freely: add both BRAVO and other-brand systems to the same cart, and each line item earns its own tier based on that brand's track. Items already marked down under a separate sale are excluded, and the bulk discount cannot be combined with other offers.

The Contractor's Delivery Checklist — BOL Inspection & Damage Claims

An LTL freight ductless mini split delivery is not like a standard parcel drop-off. The BOL (Bill of Lading) is an important shipping document between the recipient and the freight carrier. We strongly recommend inspecting the shipment before signing the delivery receipt whenever possible. Failure to note visible damages at the time of delivery may affect the ability to file a freight damage claim with the carrier.

Implement this exact freight damage claim protocol as standard operating procedure (SOP) for your receiving crew:

1. Count the Pieces: Verify the physical box count matches the BOL exactly. Condensers and air handlers frequently ship in separate cartons on the same pallet.
2. Inspect for Visible Damages: Look for crushed corners, punctured cardboard, torn packaging, broken banding, or any other visible signs of damage. Mini split condenser coils are fragile, and external packaging damage may indicate internal product damage.
3. Annotate Before Signing: If you spot any anomaly, write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION - VISIBLE DAMAGE TO CARTON" directly on the driver's delivery receipt before signing.
4. Photograph Everything: Take wide shots of the pallet on the truck, on the liftgate, and on the ground. Capture close-ups of any box damage.
5. Contact Us Immediately: If any damages are noticed upon delivery or during unpacking, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and equipment. Prompt notification allows us to assist you with the carrier's claims process and determine the appropriate resolution. • Single-Unit DIY Buyers Expecting Amazon Prime Speeds: LTL freight moves slower than parcel networks. A 200-pound condenser cannot be thrown in the back of a delivery van for next-day residential drop-off without massive express surcharges.
• Off-Grid or Limited Access Locations: If the job site requires a ferry, a gravel mountain road, or restricted military base access, standard LTL rates do not apply. You will face heavy specialized delivery fees.
• Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico: We do not currently offer shipping to these regions. See Shipping Availability below.
